Common Issues
- No location: ensure “Always” location permission and enable Location Services.
- Can’t see members: verify the member joined your group and has network access.
- No geofence alerts: check notification permission, network status, and radius size.
Quick Checks
- System Settings → Privacy → Location Services → TraceCare → set to “Always”.
- Enable Background App Refresh and Notifications, turn off Low Power Mode.
- Try logging out and back in from the app sidebar to refresh status.
