Common Issues

  • No location: ensure “Always” location permission and enable Location Services.
  • Can’t see members: verify the member joined your group and has network access.
  • No geofence alerts: check notification permission, network status, and radius size.

Quick Checks

  • System Settings → Privacy → Location Services → TraceCare → set to “Always”.
  • Enable Background App Refresh and Notifications, turn off Low Power Mode.
  • Try logging out and back in from the app sidebar to refresh status.
